Yamwits houses six basic but comfortable rooms on the upper flat. Two of the rooms have a queen-sized bed and a twin (Queen Room); two rooms have a double and two twin (Family Room) and two have a double bed and a twin (Double room). Each room has a private bath with hot and cold water. The Family rooms are equipped with air-conditioners while the others is cooled with fans and are fully screened.

The is a wide verandah overlooking the citrus orchards and the surrounding mountains from which Yamwits got its name. Over 100 species of birds have been counted from that verandah.

The downstairs flat is a family house - which on occasion is utilized by guests. The flat consists of two bedrooms; a bathroom; living, dining, and kitchen area.

There is a large open area that is used as a lounge, meeting room, or bunkroom when we have large groups. There are a half bath and a small kitchenette to which guests have access.
